Eh wouldn't spend money on this again
It's just not worth it. There's no applicator so it's a bit difficult to get in. It didn't do anything for my cramps and discomfort and actually made me feel more bloated/gross. The covering is also pretty difficult to open which adds to the hassle. I've tried it 5x and just haven't seen any results...

The covering is also pretty difficult to open which adds to the hassle. I've tried it 5x and just haven't seen any results or anything major. Regular NSAIDs win out any day. I've got discomfort/cramps all throughout my cycle and had hoped these would help. I tried to use them before my cramps would start, and also during, tried for ovulation discomfort too.
