I have been a Lola user for almost 5 years now, but after today I may be cancelling my subscription. It's 5:30 AM and the only reason I'm awake is because of my surprise period (so, already annoyed). I just want to put a pad on and go back to sleep...only I can't because the pads from my most recent... Lola box are garbage, literally. Because I had to throw two out before finally getting the third to actually stick (but down one wing). This is the second or third time they've changed the materials. I was annoyed the first time because the change was to the thickness/absorbency and it made them feel cheaper, but the monthly price had increased so it didn't make sense. The second time, was to the wings. They became more brittle, ripping off with the paper sometimes, or just sticking to itself and making them useless. Now, this most recent change is to the adhesive. I genuinely could not get the pad to stick to my underwear. In the struggle, the wings would get stuck to each other so I had to throw out the unused pad (R.I.P. to that loss of money). Try again, same thing happened. Now, down two pads and annoyed beyond compare, I change my underwear thinking it was the material (but, hello? That shouldn't matter?!). On the third pad, the one wing rips off when I'm pulling off the paper, but I'm not throwing away a third. I got this one to stick with some elbow grease, but this is ridiculous. Only reason it's not 1 star is just because I remember the good times. I'm very annoyed. Please fix your mistakes. Find a way to go back to 2021/2022 designs, those were the best. These new ones are trash and more expensive.
