When they say deep hydration and instant plumping I agree with them. Within a few seconds of putting it on, you feel a pretty tingling/warming sensation. One of the few lip plumpers that actually works
I've tried quite a few lip plumpers before, but this is honestly one of the very few that actually gives a noticeable plumping effect. My lips look fuller, smoother, and super glossy after applying it. Out of all the plumpers I've tried, this is definitely one of the most effective ones for me.
