If you're deciding between gummies or the capsules do capsules!! It absorbs better. If you have any type of gut problems stay away
I decided to try this product, and after 2 weeks with no noticeable difference, I continued taking it. By the third week, I started to feel anxiety. I didn't understand why—nothing had changed in my life. Fast forward, I stopped taking it, but I still have anxiety. After using it for whatever reason, it disrupted my thyroid hormones. I've now been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I mentioned whether it could have been these gummies, and she said it could have been the Lactobacillus that might have triggered what is now Graves' disease inflammation. I've always had gut issues and didn't do my research before trying these or the LetMeBurn. Stay away if you have any constipation or gut issues.
