My husband and I were TTC for about 6 months when my doctor ordered a semen analysis. We got the results back and there were several areas that were abnormal, motility being the biggest one. I immediately started researching and came across Bird and Be and ordered it for him. He began taking the vitamins at the end of July and we just got our positive pregnancy test at the end of August! One month taking these vitamins and we have conceived. He did not change anything else in his lifestyle. If you are unsure about trying, I 100% say go for it.
