Matches ACOG Recommendations

Submitted 20 days ago

By Bean

From NC

Bird&Be Female Fertility Power Prenatal Pack matches or exceeds most of ACOG recommendations for nutrients in pregnancy (or TTC). These include choline and iron, when some other brands do not, and DHA/omega acid as well. Convenient and easy to take with the daily sachets!! I havent had any adverse side effects or nausea.

Not Different from any other prenatal vitamins

Submitted 1 month ago

By Sasha

From San Diego

The ingredients in this prenatal vitamin aren't any different/better from any other prenatal vitamins on the market. The only distinction to be found is in the hefty price. Save yourself some money and buy some Garden of Life vitamins—they're organic and are derived from plants and, in my experience, are much more effective.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
