I've been a dedicated purchaser of MAC Veluxe brow liner for years until it got discontinued. I could pencil in my brows daily and it would last for 6-9 months. This product is the same price, and same compound as far as I can tell (it feels identical) but you get 1/100 amount of usable product. I just ran out of the definer pencil after having ordered it less than 2 months ago. It's sold as mimicking individual hairs but you can easily mimic individuals hair with a sharp pencil so honestly this is just a rebrand to rip you off. The shrinkflation on this product makes me loose trust in the brand.
Shopping Around for a replacement
I have ALWAYS loved MAC eyebrow pencils but enough is enough. There is far lesa product causing me to replace far too often and on top of that is breaks easily when shading because its so thin! Spiked matches my brows perfectly but I cant replace tbis pencil every 3 weeks ans thata not even with daily use. Over it!
Need to find another eyebrow pencil...This is AWFUL!
I've been a loyal user of this eyebrow pencil for years and truly loved it, which is why I was so disappointed to see it replaced. MAC, I hope you'll take customer feedback into account here. This new version feels like a step back — it's much thinner, contains noticeably less product, and breaks easily, which leads to a lot of waste. I genuinely hope you'll consider bringing back the original or offering both options. Longtime customers like me would really appreciate it.

I really hate these new eyebrow pencils. I've been using MAC for 10+ years and always loved their brow pencils but the new thin easily breakable tip is just not it. I have started looking at other brands to use because of this. I really wish the old shape would come back. Losing customers over this change. My sis has switched too..The only good thing is the color.
