- Official Answer By Ouidad - Brand EngageStart with a quarter-size amount of Moisture Lock® Leave-In Conditioner and apply to wet or damp hair. Avoid the scalp area and do not rinse out. This formula can also be used for added moisture after styling. Follow with Advanced Climate Control® Heat & Humidity Gel and apply using Ouidad's Rake & Shake technique: Divide damp hair into sections. Rake a nickel-size amount of gel through each section. When finished, hold the ends of hair in each section and shake to create curls. Let hair air-dry or blow-dry with a diffuser.Was this answer helpful to you

Both the gel and leave-in are the best combination for my hair. I start with the leave in after washing my hair, as a light primer. Then finish off with the gel! There are some people that can't leave home without a full face of makeup. I feel the same about these products. I can't leave home without them!!

I've used the Ouidad gel and this combination works well. My hair gets so dry so a leave in conditioner is a must. It goes on smooth and then I add the gel on top and let it air dry and diffuse. It keeps my curls in tact. It's so good!

My whole life I've been in search of a product that will leave my curls shining and popping throughout the day and I finally found it!! :heart_eyes: On top of that it doesn't leave my hair so hard like gel but it still has that shiny look to it and it lasts all day too!! Good leave in, mediocre gel
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I really like the leave it, it is very moisturizing and doesn't dry my hair out. The gel on the other hand, has very light hold. For reference I have fine 3a/b hair and usually need a medium to strong hold gel. This would probably be really good for wavy hair because it is really light weight and won't make your hair crunchy.
