Okay cleansing oil but too watery
I use this product before cleansing with a non-foaming cleanser. I haven't had any negative side effects from it, BUT it's much more watery and thin than I would like, causing it to spread out over my hand before I can spread it around my face. They Changed the formula!!!

I used to love this product and it was my holy grail but they changed the formula and it's awful now! It used to take all the makeup off and rinse off clean, now it stay an oily mess and it's very hard to wash off clean! I have to triple wash just to take the oil off, it's the worst! Please change it back!!!
Highly Disappointed
I wish I would've paid closer attention to the dates of the reviews. All of the positive reviews are months old, and the newer reviews seem to have the same complaints that I do. When I first wanted to try this product, it was out of stock, and it stayed out of stock for months, so of course I jumped on the chance to buy it and try it as soon as it was available- something I've regretted ever since. It goes on gently, I'll give it that, but it does not wash off easily. I'm a religious double cleanser, but this oil turns my double cleanse into a guadruple cleanse because I genuinely have to wash 3+ times with a foaming wash to remove the oil! I tried to just suck it up and deal with it at first but now I'm a couple weeks into use and my skin is breaking out horribly- I'll never use this again.

I've used this oil for years, and it was the best makeup remover on the market. Now, it turns white, smudges my makeup, and makes my eyes blurry for a while. Please change it back

I have NEVER written a review for a product before in my life, but I am hurt, dismayed, and frankly outraged with what has occurred. I agree with the recent review that they MUST have reformulated this. I have used this product religiously for years - it used to remove every speck of makeup and rinse totally clean. Now it turns into a goopy, oily mess on my face and won't rinse off. I have to wash 3 TIMES with face wash after to get all the oil cleanser off... at that point, I might as well have just used the face wash 3 times! I can get vegetable oil from my pantry for a lot cheaper and to similar effect. PUT IT BACK HOW IT WAS.

I'm really convinced that this product was reformulated or the lot to lot variability must be huge. I used to use this religiously, as it removed my makeup and also rinsed clean. Then, it was out of stock for a few months, and now, I can't seem to get the oil off of my face no matter how long I wash it. I have to use a second cleanser.
