With clean hands, remove the wrapper. Grip the bottom of the outer tube and place forefinger on inner tube. Put the rounded tip of the applicator at the vaginal opening. Gently push until inner tube is all the way in the outer tube. Remove the applicator. Change tampon every 4-8 hours.

Good product
I got this because I wanted an organic option and it was actually pretty good. I will say that even though it says regular its best to use it during your light days unless you want to have to change it frequently throughout the day.

Favorite Non-Tox Tampons
I typically cannot stand non-tox tampons, because of the applicator ~ but these were SO easy and had similar absorbancy as a main brand tampon. 10/10
I can't live without these
I've been using this brand for years and it's my godsend. I suffered from horrible cramps with other tampons during my period for years until I tried these. My flow is goes from lite to heavy and I've never bleed through these. If its super heavy i just get the super tampons. Don't let the other reviews scare you, these are the best organic tampons on the market.
Not absorbent
These do not work at all. No absorbency at alll, this was a complete waste of money and I ended up bleeding through my clothes out in public. I've used tampons for 20 years and it's definitely not user error. These do not work.
