It's been 10 days. I do seem to feel more awake when I take them in the morning, it could just be a sugar rush. I Also cut out coffee while im taking these 28 packs to get a better baseline. I enjoy the flavor in these gummies. I have only been taking them a short while but feel as if they are helping me. I work in EMS and some days are just mentally challenging and stressful. I take both the nutrops and gruns gummies. So far I like them a lot.
