I bought this specifically for my face with plans to use my moisturizer that also contains Niacinamide which is why I like that it is only 5%. I'm not sure how this would work on the body, ...

Bye bye pores!
I'm a redhead with pale, sensitive skin and large pores and this stuff is amazing! I originally got it as more of a moisturizer step and that did not work. It's a milky texture and not hydrating enough on its own but… it is amazing as a serum skin care step! I've had large pores my entire life and this has really improved them. It's even shrunk some of the pores that were larger due to scarring. I've tried other niacimide products and none have had this effect. I use two pumps right after cleansing before other serums and moisturizers and it's been working great!

This is one of the products I always buy once it is empty or near empty. It feels light on the skin and good on my sensitive skin. It doesn't necessarily keep me hydrated, I have to pair it with another lotion if I want to stay hydrated but I just like how I feel after I use it. A must buy for me

I am 62 and have a lot of dark spots and sun damage as well as oily acne prone sensitive skin. I am using this daily layered after B5+amino acids on my face, chest, and arms, followed by my regular oil free mosturizer. My dark spots are slowly lightening (no miracle) and my skin texture is improving. I am also wearing hats and covering up from the sun to avoid any new dark spots forming. I now stock up on this 5% niacinamide by The Ordinary as I don't want to run out.
