Awesome flat iron!!!
My daughter and I both have wavy, frizzy hair. This is by far the best flat iron we have ever used. Leaves the hair silky smooth, and shiny.

It heats up fast, but I've beenjsing it daily for about three months and the metal on the plates it already chipping and scratched off, and the blue on the iron has flakes and coming off as well. Great Flat Iron!
Mine was manufactured in 2013 and I probably purchased it late 2013 or early 2014. Still works like day one except I have to push the plus button at an angle. Still heats up to the temp chosen in 15 seconds, still gets my hair straight in one pass, still an amazing product. Hands down the longest I've had a flat iron to date and when it eventually goes, I will go purchase again. Also, I am an abusive hair tool owner and have accidentally left this on multiple times while at work and it STILL works. I literally cannot rave enough about this product. She's looking a little rough now a days but still works like new!

Terrible Dial Design
I bought this over a CHI because of the numerous positive reviews. It perplexes me that so many find this product useful when the Temp-Change Dial is almost impossible to manipulate. Return in-store was simple enough; 2 stars for that reason.

I can curl or straighten my hair with this tool. Starigtens my hair so well. And I've had it for almost 10 years.
