Amazing
This flat iron is amazing for curly hair. I have 3a/ 3b curls and every time ai straighten my hair it comes out super smooth and shiny. Please use a heat protectant every time because it is very hot and id not used carefully could cause heat damage. However, i have used it consistently this whole winter and so far my curls are intact using 1x a week. Flat iron color is beautiful, heats up evenly, and its easy to clean. Will definitely recommend because its the best flat iron for textured hair.
Terrible Item
This is the absolute worst straightener I have ever owned! It pulls my hair! I am definitely returning this product, its not worth it. Save your money!

I have had the og original in purple since like 2016, and I desperately have been waiting for a new one of similar color. I don't know what they did, but this straightener sucks. it's not smooth. it pulls my hair and literally it sounds like sand paper gliding down my hair with each pull. also, the pink is pretty, way more pale than on the box, but the pink looks like it's going to peel off soon. it's not chrome looking or shiny like the original. actually it looks and feels like paint. what an absolute bummer. I'll probably be returning this unfortunately.
