Q
I currently use Argireline, Hyaluronic Acid + B5 (forehead and around eyes) and Multi-Peptide + Copper (cheek bones to chin). Can I add this product to my regiment? If so in what order and where?
Asked by Paula Marie
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there, we recommend no more than 3 treatment (serum) steps in a single routine! Your current routine sounds fantastic! If you do wish to add Multi-Peptide + HA Serum, feel free to swap it out with Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptides 1%. As these are all water-based serums, we recommend applying based on priority of skin concern. Was this answer helpful to you

Q
Can you use with prescription retinol?
Asked by Trishton
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to comment on the pairing of our products with those of other brands. (e.g prescription retinoids) We recommend consulting with your doctor/dermatologist, gradually incorporating one new product into your regimen at a time, and applying test patches first to see what works best for your skin. Was this answer helpful to you

Q
What is the ingredient that reacts with vitamin C or direct acids? I thought peptides were okay with Vitamin C and direct acids with the exception of Copper Peptide?
Asked by Dbdzr
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there! We recommend using Peptides and Vitamin C in separate routines altogether for maximum benefits. Peptide serums can be used in the same routine as direct acids or Vitamin C, but such use can cause the peptides to hydrolyze and may render them less effective. It would be ideal to use them at alternative times in your routine. <3Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Is the multi-Peptide + hyaluronic acid safe to use after microneedling?
Asked by alenikins
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there! The Ordinary products have not been tested for safety after microneedling. If you choose to incorporate any products after microneedling, we highly recommend trying a small test patch prior to full application to the face. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
What is the percent of HA in this product?
Asked by Pkan
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there! Multi-Peptide + HA Serum contains a low-molecular weight HA. For targeted hydration, please explore Marine Hyaluronics or Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5.Was this answer helpful to you
Q
How does this compare to the Multi-Peptide with Copper? And can you use both?
Asked by Emily
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there! Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptides 1% offers similar benefits to Multi-Peptide + HA Serum but offers a bit more with the added Copper Peptides. Copper Peptides helps target signs of aging that are typically associated with oxidative stress, resulting in radiant, healthier-looking skin. It may not be necessary to use both at once due to the crossover of ingredients so we would recommend choosing the one that best suits your primary concerns. <3Was this answer helpful to you

The ordinary multi peptide serum has many great ingredients. I just am not certain they are in the most effective amount. I wish I saw more amazing results, but perhaps if I did not use it my skin would appear more aged.

10 Star product!

From Boynton Beach, FL

I have been using this product for over a year now, and will continue using it for forever. I drop a few drops in the palm of my hand, and pat it onto my face using my fingertips, spreading it from forehead to neck. It sits well on my skin, therefore, you certainly can feel the firmness and elasticity without feeling "tight". The Ordinary products are very effective and very reasonable.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

my skin didn't like it

Submitted 2 months ago

By warped

From ohio

I tried this serum every night for about a week but unfortunately it burned when I applied it and after a couple days caused me to break out on my cheeks/get little bumps all over the rest of my face. I have dry skin that isn't usually sensitive or acne prone. Not sure I used it long enough to see sny effects but if anything my fine lines looked worse the week I used this product.

Hydrates Well With No Irritation

I've used the regular Hyaluronic Acid serum for a few years now which works great for my skin! Saw this and picked it up as the addition of peptides is a nice benefit. So far so good! I think I prefer this to the regular Hyaluronic Acid serum.

Visible results, light texture and good price

Submitted 2 months ago

By Sol

From Waterbury, Ct

I've been using this serum for several weeks and I've been surprised at how well it works. The texture is light, absorbs quickly and leaves no sticky feeling. I have noticed my skin firmer, hydrated and with better elasticity. It also helps the skin look smoother and healthier. I love that it works well combined with other products and did not cause me irritation, even with daily use. For the price, the quality is excellent. I would definitely buy it again.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
