Returning
Returning because the shampoo made my blonde highlighted hair dark/muddy.
Results after first use
I used this conditioner along with the damage defense shampoo and my hair felt incredible even while still wet. With the products I was using before (drugstore), my hair felt dry and stringy needing a ton of additional products afterwards to bring it back to life, some people would say DUUHHH lol. I have previously color treated hair that is mostly grown out so my hair is fairly healthy and shiny although coarse and frizzy if i'm not careful. I no longer need a leave-in conditioner, only thermal defense. Yay!
Silicone city
I used to use Joico 6 years ago and loved it. My hair was healthy, soft, and so long. Not sure why but there is so much dimethicone put in this now that I can feel the silicones as soon as I put it on my hair and when putting it in my hair. The silicones actually coat my hands that's how much they put in this. I'm normally okay with products having silicones but this is excessive. Definitely will not purchase again and will be going back to my milkshakes shampoo and conditioner.
