I mix mini dew with ting for my workouts. I feel better during the process and after. Super delicious and non sugary taste. I was hesitant to try out the watermelon flavor but it checks out. Part of my daily routine now.
Sweet and little Salty

I am enjoying this after trying it for the first time this month. It makes my water taste fun, which helps me drink more. The watermelon flavor is distinct, so I can't drink it every day, but as someone who LOVED watermelon bubbleicious gum in the 90's, it's subtly nostalgic . The formula is a little sweet and a little salty. That balance is tasty to me. And most importantly, I feel more hydrated when I'm drinking it, and sated by less overall quantity of water.

I sweat a lot. I do hot yoga on the regular, and love to drop a scoop of this luscious powder into my water bottle. It makes water easier to drink and hydrates me on a deep level.
