1. Wash and completely dry hands prior to use
2. Place strip on upper teeth just below the gum line
3. Gently press strip onto natrually moistened teeth until sealed in place. If strip does not adhere, continue to moisten teeth with tongue before reapplying strip with dry fingers. Fold any excess strip behind teeth.
4. Repeat for lower teeth.
5. Allow about 15 minutes for strip to dissolve. No rinsing necessary!

For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after treatment.
