Not Worth It
I really wanted to give these a shot since they have been trending online to aid with weightloss. Unfortunately these didnt make any kind of difference for me. I also wanted to note that I'm not sure if it was the b12 vitamins within this product but while taking them I was dizzy and lightheaded nearly all of the time. After I stopped taking them it stopped! Please use with caution if you have pre-existing issues
