Been taking the gummies for about a month now and I don't feel any difference in regards to energy or appetite. The only real change I noticed was with my hair, I'm not sure if the gummies were the reason for it but I would assume so since it's the only thing I've changed in my daily routine. I was surprised at how shiny and long my hair has gotten so I will most likely continue to take these for another month to see if they keep helping my hair.
