Matrix has a Smooth Brain
After using the original formula for over six years, my hair had been glorious! I never received any compliments on anything other than my hair. The shine and softness it gave me was amazing. But then, the brand had to cheapen their reputation and change the formula. Now my hair is dry, tangled, and dull. It's hard to take care of when wet, as it becomes knotted in the shower, and it's even harder to work with when dry. The texture of my hair has changed and it feels and looks disgusting. I'm so disappointed by this brand. When I reached out to them they said they could only refund me if I send back my product with my receipt and stated the reason why, all within the 4 weeks of the purchase. FREAKS! I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for OVER four weeks!! That's what happens when you try a shampoo!!! I was hoping something would change!! It did, but for the worst. I'm truly appalled by their actions and decision to change this line; I have turned so many people on this brand in general and this combo specifically, just for them to become cheap and ruin what they once had.

My hair has only looked this good after a salon visit. I have naturally wavy, frizzy dry hair. I came across this procuct as samples in my order. Even in high humidity my hair looked sleek and fabulous. I ended up ordering full size in this line.

I highly recommend trying it if you've been looking for hydrating hair care. I love the squeeze bottle design too. It's easy to dispense the right amount. The shampoo itself is easy to apply, lathers well, and rinses out easily.
