Matrix Mega Sleek new formula
I have used Matrix Mega sleek for many years & one of the major selling points aside from how well it worked was the smell. It used to have such a great smell that lasted until next washing. This new formula not only doesn't work but stinks! Lost me!
Horrible formula change
Our family has been using this product for years. My three daughters and I have a long hair, so this product had been a game changer for us….until now. Unfortunately, the formula changed a couple months ago without notice and it is HORRIBLE! The old product made the hair very clean with a nice slip to it without being heavy. The new product does not wash clean from the hair and does not leave the hair feeling conditioned or have a nice slip to it. Its heavy. My girls' long hair looks greasy, dull and stringy all the time despite thoroughly rinsing it. The old formula was amazing! Not sure why they had to mess with a great thing. As soon as we use up these liters, we are moving onto a different product.

Horrible! Changed formula!
Horrible! PLEASE GO BACK TO OLD FORMULA! I've been using this combo for over 20 yrs and was shocked to find it had been changed with no warning. The smell is ok, not as great as the old fresh scent, but taking out the shea and using a heavy oil was a mistake imo. Now I have to drive an hour to return it. Very disappointed and will be searching for the old formula or looking for something else.
