The New Formula is Terrible - It Used to be Great
I am so disappointed they changed this conditioner. I've been using it for years, and it was perfect. Literally the only conditioner that smoothed and got rid of my tangles, and it smelled great. The new formula is awful - it doesn't smooth or condition at all compared to the old one, and I don't like the new scent. The old formula was thicker and white in color, the new one is thinner, with a slight orange color? Either way, I'm really hoping Matrix goes back to the old formula. If not, I will be using something else.
No More Dry Curls
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This conditioner has been an absolute god send this summer. Like most cult headed people, my girls get extremely dry during the summer month due to the heat, chlorine in pools, and salt water. However, this conditioner gives my curls slip and moisture needed in between wash days and after shampooing. Detangling my curls this summer has been much easier!!

I have been using this products for years. Always got compliments on how healthy and shiny my hair looks. I noticed a big difference in the change of formula. The shampoo is not bad but the conditioner now makes my hair feel dry and brittle. Please bring back the old conditioner formula. 😞

READ THIS! Please bring back the old formula!
I have been ysing this shampoo and conditioner for several years now. I saw the sale right after I restocked and decided to get 6 more bottles to stock up because I loved this stuff. I squeezed out the bottle and immediately noticed the difference. I used to recommend this shampoo to everyone and now I hope none of them try it with the new formula. It used to leave my hair soft and smooth and tangle free. I always got compliments on my healthy hair followed by me recommending this shampoo and conditioner. I have given this new formula an honest shot. Its been a month and I am devestated. My hair is dry and brittle and tangles so easily now. I leave every shower sad that I am going to have to find a new shampoo. I know this seems dramatic, but it feels bery deceptive to COMPLETELY change a product's ingredients and keep the same name. This is NOT the same shampoo and conditioner and I truly hope you bring it back.
