Reformulation is Terrible
I had been using this conditioner for 10 years and the reformulation is terrible. It used to be a white semi-thick conditioner that I could feel smooth and hydrate my hair. Now, the formulation is chunky, yellow, not a pleasant smell and does not feel hydrating. Terrible. No longer recommend!

Reformulation is Drug Store Quality
Original Mega Sleek was one of the best on the market. Since the April 2026 reformulation, the quality is comparable to Garnier Fructis or any other drug store brand. Don't bother. So sad and dissapointing. Bring it back ):

Wow! Even summer humidity couldn't ruin my hair! No heavy oils, no weighed-down hair. Just a smooth and shiny salon blow-out look minus the price tag!

I hope Matrix sees all these 1 star reviews for the new formula. The scent is now way too strong, my hair doesn't feel good when rinsing out the conditioner nor dried, and I noticed a zit on the back of my neck yesterday (not sure if it is related but wouldn't be surprised). Please change it back.
