Squeeze tube until liquid primer appears, then evenly apply to face. Using your fingertips, gently pat and blend primer into skin. Allow 30 seconds for the primer to set before following with your regular makeup routine.

Nice Primer
Received the ELF Poreless Putty Primer + Cica to test for a review, and overall liked it. It didn't make much of a difference for my redness, but it applied easily and felt lightweight on my skin. It left a smooth, matte finish and helped create a nice base for makeup.

With that being said, I've tried many products from Elf before, however, have never tried even the regular liquid poreless putty primer.. This one with cica in it EXCEEDED my expectations! I tried multiple different makeup looks as well as multiple different skin prep routines just to thoroughly test this out and regardless what prep I used, if I was doing a FULL glam or when my skin barrier was SO damaged and crying out for help, this primer did not disappoint. Upon applying, it feels incredible on the skin. Blends in seamlessly. Instantly soothed and calmed even my most sensitive/irritated areas. The pores on my skin? GONE. Dry, flaky skin? NON-EXISTANT. Redness? REDNESS WHERE? Whenever I used this primer, my skin looked absolutely flawless each and every time I was done with my makeup routine. If you have sensitive skin, redness, acne or even just dry skin, this is a literal MUST HAVE in your routine!!! ✨💖

Loved the way my normal makeup applied on top of the primer. I prefer a matte finish and this provided that. It was smoothing but hydrating. It is important to let the product set on your skin for just a few seconds to neutralize the green tint down to reduce the redness before applying foundation. It washes off easily afterwards. A great and super beneficial primer if you have issues with redness.
