Squeeze tube until liquid primer appears, then evenly apply to face. Using your fingertips, gently pat and blend primer into skin. Allow 30 seconds for the primer to set before following with your regular makeup routine.

Received the ELF Poreless Putty Primer + Cica to test for a review, and overall liked it. It didn't make much of a difference for my redness, but it applied easily and felt lightweight on my skin. It left a smooth, matte finish and helped create a nice base for makeup.

I tried this product and it worked great as a primer! I noticed less pores and my skin looked smooth after I put on foundation and concealer, but it didn't work for my sensitive skin. My face was irritated after wearing it, but I tried it on my sister and it worked great for her! She had no issues.
