Apply 4–5 sprays to the skin in problem areas, using as often as needed, and massage well. Use on legs and the bottoms of the feet before going to sleep. Itchiness may occur during the first few uses, which is normal due to the high mineral content. If itchiness continues, rinse the oil off after 20 minutes. Those with more sensitive skin may dilute the oil with water after application.
