[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The MIELLE Kalahari Melon & Aloe Vera Weightless Hair Finishing Oil was applied to freshly washed hair on a straight hairstyle. This product was applied as a finisher. The oil can be used in various ways such as hydration to curly hair stran...ds, blow drying, use before heat styling and sleep hair care. As the instructions provided on this product, I applied a small amount into palms and rub palms prior to applying onto hair in sections. Upon the application, the MIELLE Kalahari Melon & Aloe Vera Weightless Hair Finishing Oil had a very natural and pleasant fruity fragrance which it smelled exactly tropical melons. Once the oil was applied in my hair, the fragrance was not detected. I think it would have been an aromatic moment if the fragrance was softly lingering in my hair. For anyone who has a sensitivity to fragrance, this oil's fragrance may not cause any reaction from scent. Instantly the MIELLE Kalahari Melon & Aloe Vera Weightless Hair Finishing Oil created a luminous shine on my hair. In addition, it tamed some fly always and the weightless of this oil allowed my hair to maintain bounciness. This oil did not weigh my hair and did not interfere with the movement or shape. My hair felt and looked very smooth. It helped reduce any look of dullness. This oil is buildable for the hair. However, this oil should be applied as less is more. MIELLE Kalahari Melon & Vera Weightless Hair Finishing Oil has a liquid serum consistency with a medium density. Absorbs immediately upon contact with the skin and hair. This oil has healthy ingredients to help with the hydration and shine on the hair such as castor seed oil, watermelon seed oil, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, jojoba seed oil, aloe vera extract and squalane. Oils and extracts help with smoothness, shine and maintain the moisture. The visual aesthetics of the packaging on bottle is eye catching with the teal, light green and yellow, font style, artistic background of fruits and focus on purposes for this product. The color reminds me of fresh and dewy. I am also very pleased that it comes with a pump to prevent spills and leaks. MIELLE Kalahari Melon & Aloe Vera Weightless Hair Finishing Oil comes in a standard size bottle which averages the same with others on the market in being quite similar or a slight lesser in comparison. In terms of multi-usage for finisher, sleep haircare, blow drying and using prior to heating tools and hydration for curly hair, it depends upon the length and density as well needs for your hair. If your hair is requiring more hydration or oil as a finisher/night treatment, you may use this bottle quickly. However if one follows instructions to not over use and uses in small quantity, this quantity will last longer. I really enjoyed it as a finisher for my hair. I love the lightweight of this oil, nourishing ingredients and multi-purpose use from it. I do recommend this product for anyone seeking a lightweight finishing oil or an oil for a night treatment on his/her hair. No need to be washed out. Complete and wonderful leave-in oil for the hair.
