Shake well. Section damp hair. Evenly spray damp hair moving from root to ends of hair. Gently distribute through hair with fingers first, then use a large toothed comb beginning at ends and work toward roots. Do not rinse.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is not for the girls with the 4C hair. I had a strong feeling that it wouldn't be and Mielle didn't disappoint. The spray portion was terrible.. it came out more like a stream than an actual spray. Also, for the consistency, it really should be applied in a spray bottltle. It's just too thick which means that it cannot spray. I don't mind this thickness, it's just not meant for that type of application. Further, per usual, it did nothing for the moisture levels in my hair. Of course, this is my own opinion... Some of my hairs are very porous while others aren't. My hair just felt DRY no matter how I tried to use it. My daughter has 3a hair. It might work for her. 🤷🏾♀️
Works great as a detangler

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This works well with curly hair. My son likes to use it to detangle his curls after washing. It leaves his curls more bouncy and twisted together and less frizzy. For my coarser curls I use it on damp hair along with hairspray. I crunch an then let it air dry. If the air is humid or if I blow dry it will still dry with frizz. Works better letting it air dry. The sprayer is a nice touch sprays a little longer than a normal sprayer. The smell is great leaves your hair smelling good for a good 24 hrs or so. Other than that I didn't notice any other change to my hair except when you touch your hair with it on it does transfer to your hands leaves them sticky feeling. Overall it would be a great addition to anyone's routine especially if your hair gets as tangled as ours.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I'm not really a fan of the Mielle Organics melon and aloe leave in conditioner. First the sprayer is not great. It sprays the product like cleaning sprays do, with a concentrated stream so if you want full coverage you have to use your hands to spread it around (which negates the use of a sprayer). The smell is nice but the product did nothing for my or my child's hair.
Amazing hydration

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Crazy hydration! This product brought my dry curls back to life. The application was super easy and similar to my water spray bottle. I used both water and this leave in conditioner and my hair soaked it up and was more defined. Definitely incorporating this to extend my wash and gos before the next wash day.
