a GLORIOUS product
i keep seeing people apparently struggle with this product YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!!!! it is a click up product so NO it will not go back down!! all you need is two clicks. the colour and gloss and all around feeling of this product is beautiful i 100% recommend it!!!

Berry (lavender) Color
This balm feels nice and is shiny but it has virtually no color. The So Berry Cute (lavender) color did not look at all like the picture on line. Mine looks like a pale blue-gray color. nice product, weird choice for packaging
been looking for a brown affordable lippie thats actually looks brown and not pinkish or nearly transparent, and when I try tried this one I was so exited, it's a balm but its really pigmented so the color doesn't loose up in your lips, it's also buildable and long lasting. It would be one of my favorite products if it wasn't for 2 things: NON-retractable package; I even thought mine was damaged until I checked the reviews. The formula is thick and creamy so when you get out a bit too much it ends up mashing when you put the lid and wasting balm. it lowkey ruins how good it is. Second one, it runs out quickly, doesn't have a lot of product. But honestly I could let that out if they just fixed the packaging. Maybe getting it again, but I will have change the balm to a pot or something
The smell can be a bit too much
I bought this to color correct my warm toned lip products as an olive with cool undertones. It totally works, but dont apply to much bc itll just turn way too purple. Definitely worth the price because i can still use my current lip products without looking off.
product itself is nice but the packaging is ridiculous
why on earth would anyone want their lip product to not be retractable? what if you want to see how much is left in the tube? ridiculous packaging. unfortunate because I actually really like the balm itself.

I have these lip balm in 01 One In A Melon & 02 So Berry Cute. They're smooth, smell nice, & give my pale lips a little color. They are slightly shiny but don't retract once swirled up. I don't notice a flavor.
Skimpy on the product
Product is great but only has .08 oz in tube which didn't last long at all. Also it's not retractable. Will not buy again.
