i keep seeing people apparently struggle with this product YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!!!! it is a click up product so NO it will not go back down!! all you need is two clicks. the colour and gloss and all around feeling of this product is beautiful i 100% recommend it!!!

I bought this lip butter about a month ago. The good: The lip butter has a beautiful pink colour and feels light on the lips. The bad: The packaging is badly designed in my opinion. It winds up to dispense the product but doesn't wind back down, which causes a bit of a mess on the barrel. The cap...

Not bad
It's a good color, very pigmented for a lip balm and not too bad at moisturizing and smells good, though it doesn't last for too long. However, my biggest gripe is the tube; usually you're able to wind it back down, but when I was checking how much product there was, I was unable to be able to do so and had to separate it to another. tube.

I got the kiwi shade, it goes on sheer. It feels great on my lips and kept them moisturized! But immediately upon my first test of this product I noticed it does not retract. Once you open the tube and twist it up, it will never go back down. Not even one click. You just have to hope it doesn't break off or depot the product into an empty container and use with a brush. NOT Ideal at all. I wouldn't buy this again but if you have dry lips this is a cheap solution.

I bought this lip butter about a month ago. The good: The lip butter has a beautiful pink colour and feels light on the lips. The bad: The packaging is badly designed in my opinion. It winds up to dispense the product but doesn't wind back down, which causes a bit of a mess on the barrel. The cap also comes off easily, so you may find it open if you keep it in a bag or pocket (which could mess your clothes if it's in your pocket). It's also not very moisturizing. I would have rated it higher, but it finished (or stopped winding up) in less than a month of irregular use.
