    How To Use

    1. Start with clean, dry lips.
    2. Apply e.l.f. Glow Reviver Lip Oil for a hydrating base if desired.
    3. Use the slim, pointed applicator of e.l.f. Cosmetics' Peel of Approval Lip Liner Stain to line, sculpt, or fill in lips.
    4. Let the formula dry down for 5-10 minutes.
    5. Gently peel off to reveal a highly pigmented, lasting tint.

    Pro Tip: For a bolder tint, apply a second layer before peeling - No reapplication or touch-ups needed---stain lasts all day.
