Comedogenic scales often vary depending on the source. Individual skin chemistry can determine the extent of an ingredient’s ability to clog pores, so it is highly variable between people. Does not remove waterproof mascara or liquid/gel eyeliner.
I will not buy this again. I bought it for double cleansing, along with my regular cleanser, from a different brand. I was going to buy a more expensive cleansing balm that specifically removes waterproof makeup, but I fed into the reviews on this one. I'm going to assume now that none of the review...

I absolutely love this balm for any skin type as a first cleanse. It is perfect to remove makeup SPF with out stripping the skin. Even my acne clients are safe! I pair this with my back bar cleansers.
Off putting smell
The smell of this product is overwhelmingly bad. IMO, cleansing balms typically dont have a strong fragrant smell, but this one actually smells so horribly it ruins the experience and causes the product to be ineffective as you are quickly trying to remove product from face instead of massaging it in for ultimate makeuo breakdown.
