Step 1: Position open part of stencil at the outer edge of the eye. Lay flat to skin.
Step 2: Fill in the stencil to draw the wing.
Step 3: Remove the stencil from outer edge of eye. Step 4: Continue line across your eyelid.
Precautions: Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist immediately. Never apply this product in a moving vehicle.

I despise this eyeliner.
I have used loreals "infallible super slim" black eyeliner pen for years but when Ulta was out of it I figured I'd try this just to give it a shot. Let me tell you how awful this liner is. It's got a pneumonic shaker in it (so it is pressurized to push out the liner, sounds great in theory) and it...

Good for short term use
This eyeliner is great but the longevity is not good. Itll last about a month and then the tio starts to fray and it gets super leaky and then dries out. Trust me once it leaks you have avout a week left. I boguht it twice and i will not buy it again. Like i said, wonderful if you dont plan on using it for long.
Love this enough to overlook some flaws
I have tried almost every liquid liner pen in existence. This one gives me the cleanest, most precise line in the shortest amount of time, and stays put until I take it off. After a month or two, the tip starts leaking product, which can be annoying but is manageable if you know to expect it and dab away excess before you start. Obviously I would love to have a liner that doesn't do this, but even with this problem it still works better for me than anything else.
I would try it again.
Nice product.
Bad quality
This was my favorite liner. I got a replacement last year and wow had the quality declined. The lid frayed the brush tip and after a month I could bo longer use it.
Like the pen
I like the pen but dont like the cat eye stencil.
