Step 1: Position open part of stencil at the outer edge of the eye. Lay flat to skin.
Step 2: Fill in the stencil to draw the wing.
Step 3: Remove the stencil from outer edge of eye. Step 4: Continue line across your eyelid.

I despise this eyeliner.
I have used loreals "infallible super slim" black eyeliner pen for years but when Ulta was out of it I figured I'd try this just to give it a shot. Let me tell you how awful this liner is. My absolute favorite liquid liner
This is my favorite liquid eyeliner. The tip is perfect, my line comes out smooth every time, it is easy to make a cat eye with the tip of the liner, and the quality is excellent. It's easy to remove with a makeup remover wipe, and my eyeliner stays on all day long!
Meh
The formula is pretty translucent and flakes if you try to layer it. The brush tip also dries out quickly, which makes the thin formula worse.
Almost Holy Grail except...
This is my To-Go-To, holy grail liquid eyeliner. I have oily and hooded eyelids and EXTREMELY hard to find a product that stays on; that my oils don't eat/dissolve the product. I love the pointy tip brush THE only problem I have with this product is the packaging, is extremely messy. It spills when you remove the cap and drops fall down to my cheeks ruining my waterproof foundation. It happens with every single one I buy. Please fix it. Thank You!
Not worth it.
This was not tear proof as I had hoped. It wore off within the hour.
I wanted to love this
It started off great, goes on smoothly, very precise. Color is perfect and very long lasting. Recommend a primer on lid though because as the day goes on it will be all over your lid The other sad problem is after a few uses it started leaking so i couldnt even apply it to my lids, it was almost dripping.
