This product is definitely hydrating! I'm not sure it does anything else but hydrate for me (doesn't help my dark circles) but the consistency is a nice soothing gel which feels nice to put on after waking up as well as after washing my face to go to bed. No residue either which is a bonus. The packaging for the price is kinda high however a little goes a long way so maybe not!

Caffeine is an ingredient that gives your eyes a brighter less dull and tired effect. After using this for a while I noticed improvement from the caffeine and the delivery of the eye cream.
