Amazing!
Finally! A shampoo that hydrates fine hair and doesn't weigh down. Absolutely love it. It lathers very nicely as well. Strongly prefer this over the regular Hydrate and Hydrate Light formulas. I've been using this for a few months now, and my hair is shiny and looks healthy.

Makes my scalp itch like crazy!!
At first I LOVED this shampoo. It did amazing things for my hair. Then after about 1-2 weeks my scalp started itching. By week 3 I thought I had head lice. I got checked - nope no lice thank goodness!! I switched to a different shampoo. With the first wash, the itching was 1/2 as bad (which was HUG...

NEVER AGAIN!
I bought this based on the reviews as I've been on the hunt for another shampoo and conditioner as the previous ones I've been using are just not giving me the moisture I need. I have fine, dry hair and the 2 women at Ulta recommended this garbage! I decided to give Purology a shot and upon the first use I had a good amount of hair fall that was WAY WAY more than usual for me as for what I call "shedding" when washing my hair. I had to use what little bit of my old shampoo (Kevin Murphy) I had left to make it stop! For how expensive this stuff is.. this is one thing that SHOULD NOT be happening. I know I'm not the only one this happened too read some of the other reviews that say the same thing. This will be getting returned ASAP!
I've loved it so far!
Sinxe taking my extensions out, ive struggled with a dry scalp and hair. This product has helped me so much! My scalp feels so much better! Not itchy! I love the cooling sensation the conditioner gives too!
Not what I expected!
I used this once and it was okay. The smell was a little strong. I used it a second time and it was a little too tingly I thought. Then I used the conditioner! My scalp, neck, back and ears were burning like crazy even after rinsing it all out. I had to rewash my hair and shower again to get the buring to stop. Its going back to the store. I so not recommend.

Yet another good shampoo and conditoner lost to the stupid reformulation marketing scheme tactic. This was my fav line ever, expensive but well worth it. When they began to sell at ulta suddenly their products are literally horrendus. Why would you change the formula?!?
