It wasn't broke! Why did you try to fix it?
I have been using Biolage Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner for years and loved it! My hair was always shiny, manageable, and smooth. The new formula feels like it doesn't rinse out. My hair feels greasy and as if it's been coated with wax. I HATE the new formula and will be switching brands.

I ordered this shampoo with matching conditioner and a bottle of OPI nailpolish and still have not received the order yet. It's been several weeks already. So I can't review the product

It helps my hair feel softer. I'll always use Biolage because of the scent. Kinda obsessed with the scent.
