I have medium length naturally blonde hair that is fine strands but thick (aka a lot of hair lol). After my first wash my hair honestly felt stripped of the softness and it was extremely tangled from about my shoulders down. The smell is a little intense for me as I'm shampooing but it does wash out...

the shampoo hydrates and cleans scalp. I read that this shampoo might make your hair feel "squeaky" or stiffish after rinsing but that its supposed to do that and the reason being the shampoo lifts hair follicle so that the conditioner can really get in there and hydrate maybe its not the hair follicle but it intentionally lifts something in the hair so that the conditioner can hydrate the hair. i have bought this line, mask and the leave in conditioner and my hair has never been happier. I have to wash my hair everyday because of my job type.
