Still feeling it out...
I have medium length naturally blonde hair that is fine strands but thick (aka a lot of hair lol). After my first wash my hair honestly felt stripped of the softness and it was extremely tangled from about my shoulders down. The smell is a little intense for me as I'm shampooing but it does wash out...

My color washes completely out
I've been dyeing my hair red for 10 yrs I've heard such wonderful things about how hydrating this shampoo and conditioner were and how their hair color was so vibrant after using this product my hair feels dry and stringy and my towel was completely covered with my hair dye and it's been 3 wks since I've gotten my hair done I'll never buy again!! Now ive got to spend another $350 to fix my hair!!!
HORRIBLE HAIR SHEDDING
it's normal too have some hair shedding in the shower especially if its been a couple of days… but this product literally makes clumps of hair fallout constantly, it just keeps coming out throughout the whole shower just clumps.

I've had super dry scalp which has caused bad dandruff and I've tried many high end products for that specifically but none have worked but after hearing that using a good hydrating shampoo that could help out dry scalp this has definitely hydrated my scalp and made my hair feel good , you can feel it when you are washing your hair how its cleansing your scalp ! you definitely have to use both the shampoo and conditioner together to get the best results now I only deal with the itchiness , it would be cool if they came out with a product that target dandruff/itchy scalp

I feel like it didn't even wash my hair, i had to wash it out with a drugstore shampoo cause it left so much buildup on my hair in sections.
Would not buy again
I had really high hopes for this shampoo and the conditioner as well. I have used the moroccon hair oil for a few years and absolutely love it. My hairdresser recommended this brand's shampoo so I gave it a try until the whole bottle was finished. It ruined my hair so much. My hair is so dry and brittle. Cannot even run the brush through it. Feels like loads of buildup, greasy right after washing and styling. Don't recommend.
