Infinitely better than the original HA serum
I stopped using the original HA serum it was so drying Bought this and have used for 2 days and the difference from the old product is vast! A significant improvement. Why change a formula that worked fine???!
I've used this product for over 6 years and was very happy with it. Weirdly out of nowhere every company is changing their formulas... this new formula caused a red rash on my face, my face stings and feels tight. Unfortunately won't be buying this again.

Very disappointing
I don't understand all of the compliments for this product. I was expecting a dewy, hydrating serum and was very shocked how quickly it dried on my face and made it look dry and wrinkled. Not moisturizing at all. Will be returning.

I go through this like water
When I tell you this serum changed the game for my skincare routine, I mean it! I use this product twice a day on my cold midwestern winter dry skin and it works wonders. It is lightweight, sits well under/on top of your other products and is fragrance free for my sensitive skin girlies. I love The Ordinary products and their straightforward formulations to keep skin reactions to a minimum. Apply this on slightly damp skin to maximize affectiveness.

Broke me out
I really did like the feeling of this on my skin but i now realized this is what's causing my breakouts. I paired this with the niacinimide which i have been using for a long time so i never had any issues with it. I started using this serum not that long ago and just bought another bottle which i will be returning. After i read the reviews i figured out this is what my skin doesn't like.
