I stopped using the original HA serum it was so drying Bought this and have used for 2 days and the difference from the old product is vast! A significant improvement. Peptides really agree with my skin and I've found this nicely hydrating. I usually hate reformulations but this one is so much bet...

Why change a formula that worked fine???!
I've used this product for over 6 years and was very happy with it. Weirdly out of nowhere every company is changing their formulas... this new formula caused a red rash on my face, my face stings and feels tight. Unfortunately won't be buying this again.

DO NOT BUY
I bought this product, along with a few others from The Ordinary, & it's destroyed my skin. I used to have smooth, clear skin & after using their products; my skin is dry, flakey, & it BURNS when I used their products!
Very hydrating
This saves my dry skin, especially since I began tret.
Great product if used correctly
Most people don't know hyaluronic acid needs to be used on wet skin and the instructions should say so. Putting it on dry left me with sticky skin, it pilled, left little results. I started putting it on my wet face in the morning and letting it air dry, it soaks up to where skin is super soft and hydrated with no residue at all, it just feels like skin. Perfect to hydrate before makeup because moisturizers/lotions would interfere with makeup or make my skin greasy within a couple hours, especially paired with sunscreen.
Hydrating but pills under all lotions and sunscreens
Really wanted to like this, it's hydrating bit impossoble to wear during the day under sunscreen or primer. Pills no matter what sunscreen or primer i use.
