Hold the eyebrow pen upside down for fifteen seconds and shake well to saturate the tip.
Flick the brow pen upward to create thin strokes and fill in sparse areas. Apply more pressure for deeper pigment.
Replace cap quickly after use.

Extremely watery
It is SO watery that almost no color is visible when you put it on. I regret purchasing this and definitely would never rebuy it.

Great concept, fair price…if only the product lived up to its description. No pigment, almost like nothing is even in it - it's so dry. The little amount that does show up is not great in undertone. This product is terrible and it almost pains me to say it because ELF usually gets it right. Please go back to the drawing board with this brow pen!
Doesn't Work!
I thought it just took a while and many many minutes of shaking to get the product to give off any pigment whatsoever.. but nothing ever came out. It's like the pen just arrives dried up! Don't bother buying!
Worst. Ever.
Unfortunately, I bought this product spontaneously in store. How bad could it be, after all? Not only is this the worst brow product I've ever used, it's the worst makeup product period. It has no pigment or body even after a thorough shaking. It's an absolute waste of space and Elf should be embarrassed.
