Hold the eyebrow pen upside down for fifteen seconds and shake well to saturate the tip.
Flick the brow pen upward to create thin strokes and fill in sparse areas. Apply more pressure for deeper pigment.
Replace cap quickly after use.

I don't get all the negative reviews. I tested this on the back of my hand and yes, it did look very faint. But then I applied it to my brows and the pigment was there more so than it was on the back of my hand. I tested it out by applying to a clean face right before the gym. And after about 4 hour...

Not a fine line
Thought this product would have more of a skinny fine line upon application but it did not.

product was dry and had little pigment. didn't make micro strokes, didn't draw well, didn't last.

Absolutely zero pigment and i have the darkest shade.
Love the concept, hate the product
The first couple brow strokes I did looked so good but it stopped working after that. I love all ELF products but this one was super disappointing! Super dry I ended up returning.
Total garbage
Wish i had noticed low rsting before buying / this is total garbage / no color payoff, brish flops so cant get a fine line so gavevto apply too much pressure abd you get a splotch not a fine line - my pencil us do much better- just went in the trash
