- Using the precision spoolie, apply a small amount of gel onto clean, dry brows.
- Brush hairs back and forth to fully cover with product.
- Shape brows with the comb end, then gently press up and out into brows with the brush to set hairs in place for a laminated look.
- Use the Instant Lift Brow Pencil or Ultra-Precision Brow Pencil (both sold separately) to fill in sparse areas as needed.

I tried the Elf 3-in-1 Applicator Brow Laminating Gel and I am really impressed by the longevity of the hold. Over 10 and a half hours later my eyebrows still look pristine! Love everything elf!! This stuff works so good for that perfect laminated brow look!! Applies easily and stays in place. Get you some so your brows look perfect effortlessly
white cast
Leaves a white cast. Put it on and 3 hours later it still feels tacky, still not dry. For just $3 more you can get a clear gel by morphe.

This summer, I received this brow laminating gel in my April Mystery bag courtesy from Ipsy. (And I'll post this same review there, when it's back in stock again at the website.) I love how it has a spoolie to use the gel on your brows, and a brush and combs to have your brows shaped in place in no time. Very clever gel to have in your make-up supplies.
Left a white residue
I thought the white tint would disappear when applied on my eyebrows. It didn't. I combed them to blend in the product and it looked worse. Had to use a different brand of eyebrow tint to fix.
