- Using the precision spoolie, apply a small amount of gel onto clean, dry brows.
- Brush hairs back and forth to fully cover with product.
- Shape brows with the comb end, then gently press up and out into brows with the brush to set hairs in place for a laminated look.
- Use the Instant Lift Brow Pencil or Ultra-Precision Brow Pencil (both sold separately) to fill in sparse areas as needed.

I've tried so many brow glues and gels, and the e.l.f. Brow Laminating Gel is easily the strongest hold I've found at the drugstore. It gives a true laminated look that stays locked in place for hours. My absolute biggest tip for anyone struggling with it turning white or flaky: Do your brows first. If you apply this over foundation and powder, it reacts with the makeup and leaves an ashy cast. Also, wipe the spoolie before you touch your face because a little bit goes a long way. Once you figure out the technique, it is an absolute holy grail.

I've tried so many brow products and the elf brow laminating gel seriously impressed me. The brows stick down with this stuff! They stay put and make my brows look fuller than they actually are. It's comfortable while also holding the hairs- it doesn't feel chunky or like they're glued.

I really love this brow laminating gel! It helps keep my brows looking neat, lifted and in place throughout the day without feeling heavy or sticky. The application is easy, the finish looks natural and it gives my brows that polished "laminated" look. It's a great everyday product and the quality is amazing for the price.
Does not dry clear.
Way too sticky and way too white. Does not dry clear at all, and if I touch my brows at all they get all crusty white, which clearly is not a good look.
