- Using the precision spoolie, apply a small amount of gel onto clean, dry brows.
- Brush hairs back and forth to fully cover with product.
- Shape brows with the comb end, then gently press up and out into brows with the brush to set hairs in place for a laminated look.
- Use the Instant Lift Brow Pencil or Ultra-Precision Brow Pencil (both sold separately) to fill in sparse areas as needed.

Nice strong hold

This stuff is the truth. My brows grow in a general downward fashion and the older I get the worse it gets. I was never for the laminated brow look myself- mostly because I couldn't achieve it with my brow type and I wasn't a fan of the pushed up hairs look. This product changed my game. I groomed my brows in my normal routine and it worked amazingly. I was so impressed I decided to experiment with the hold of this product and was able to achieve an all day laminated brow look. I can't attest to how it hold ups with sweat yet since I only got it a bit ago during the winter months. I look forward to testing it out this summer as I will be 7+ months pregnant and work outside in the steamy southern heat for 8+ hours a day. I plan to update my review when I am able to test this out some more then. The formula is scent free, dries clear, and the price is right. I have medium/dark brown hairs and this didn't change the color at all. I layer a tinted brow mascara under this and fill in the sparse areas with a brow pen. The product itself feels sticky on the hairs when it applies but it makes it able to grab every hair. It doesn't keep that sticky feel when it sets. As far as stiffness- I feel the product on my brows when I make my many facial expressions but it doesn't bother my ADHD/OCD fixation tendencies. It doesn't feel like a hard gel cast but a dry waxy flexible gel that moves with you. The product sets by the time I'm done applying my mascara and doesn't flake the entire day. The 3 different ways to apply this product really pushes it over the top- the packaging is incredible as the lid doesn't pop off at random times. The product removes easily when I wash my face at the end of the day without any additional effort. I would 100% recommend this to everyone.
Product leaves white residue
I love elf products but this one was just not it for me. I have thick eyebrows and i wanted something to keep then in place although it does so. It unfortunately leaves white residue & it flakes. I would not consider this product as "clear"

I've tried every single eyebrow product to hold my eyebrows in place and wowwwww this is by far my favortie. Its easy to use and I love that it comes with 2 different brushes

I have very spare eyebrows with thick and unruly hair so brow gels typically don't work for me. I didn't have any expectations for the brow, laminating gel by elf, but I was impressed overall. The jail is thicker than other products I've experienced and helps lay my hair down in the direction I need. It quickly dries without causing my eyebrows to flake, and I love that it has a dual and eyebrow brush to make sure your hair strokes are placed in the way you want.
