Hold the eyebrow pen upside down for fifteen seconds and shake well to saturate the tip.
Flick the brow pen upward to create thin strokes and fill in sparse areas. Apply more pressure for deeper pigment.
Replace cap quickly after use.

I don't get all the negative reviews. I tested this on the back of my hand and yes, it did look very faint. But then I applied it to my brows and the pigment was there more so than it was on the back of my hand. I tested it out by applying to a clean face right before the gym. And after about 4 hour...

i appreciate elf for a few staple products but this is not one of them! really disappointed in how light the pigment was - i got medium brown. i wasn't even expecting a super intense color but it gave nothing. at first I thought it was dry/empty, tried shaking it, everything. finally got some produc...

Pen dries out
Liked this product a lot but after a few weeks the pen cap wouldn't go back on and caused pen to dry out. Ordered a new one thinking it was my fault then happened again.

This eyebrow pen is NONEXISTENT!! Upon opening, i assumed it was dried up or needed to be shaken and tested a few times but dang.. i was wrong:( its likethey put water with the idea of pigment in mind and called it a day. I got a medium shade and when i tell you theres no pigment.. i mean theres none!! I have been bamboozled yet again

I wouldn't buy it again
It wasn't very pigment and I felt like I spent too much on something that didnt meet the expectations I wanted :(
