With clean hands, remove the wrapper from liner and unfold. Remove the center adhesive and unfold the wings. Peel back of liner from wrapper and place onto panties. Fold wings around panties. Change pad as needed.
Cooling Herbal Blend: rosa damascena flower water, methyl lactate, l-menthol, borneol, mentha arvensis (cornmint) leaf oil, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, houttuynia cordata extract, lavendula angustifolia (lavender) oil.

Didn't burn me at all, slight cooling sensation. If you're sensitive to spices and heat and cooling products then maybe stay away, as I have heard from several people that it was too much but was/is extremely mild for me and I've gone through the whole pack

Holy Hot Box (Literally!!!!)
Do not!! AND I MEAN DO NOT buy any of the pads with the word HERBAL or MINT on packaging. These pads feel like someone put ICY HOT in your underwear and against your tender bits. I put pad on and probably 90 seconds later ripped it off because the tingle was turning to a burn feeling. Nothing coolin...
