Velvetty but light
This is extremely velvetty. Super soft to the touch. If you're looking for a bold highlight, this is not it. If you are looking for a powder to give you a glow from within, this would work great. You can use it on targetted areas or all over with a big brush. It gives enough sheen to look natural.
