Velvetty but light
This is extremely velvetty. Super soft to the touch. If you're looking for a bold highlight, this is not it. If you are looking for a powder to give you a glow from within, this would work great. You can use it on targetted areas or all over with a big brush. It gives enough sheen to look natural.

Love this product and COLOR. However, I am old and need to save the shiny for "fancy" outings. I can't seem to match this color up to other Elf pressed powder for non-shimmery events.
