I was on vacation and found it useful to bring these quick melt strips versus my usual pills. Each strip is individually packaged to maintain freshness and the strips are stored in a cute tin container. Being that these strips have an effect on hair, skin and nails, I still need more time to see impactful changes. These quick melt strips should have a monthly supply versus 15 count. They seem like a daily need, versus the other strips (e.g. sleep, calm) which are more as needed.

I tried the Hair, Skin, & Nails quick melts and was pleasantly surprised. They taste amazing, not too sweet and not artificial tasting. They dissolve in less than five seconds and don't get gummy as they dissolve. I haven't been using them long enough to see a huge difference, but will definitely continue to use them and purchase more. I like the packaging and how easy they are to pack in my purse.

I really like these strips. So convenient to take in my purse. I honestly haven't tried them long enough to see a difference in my hair but my nails are really growing. I will definitely buy more to keep this in my purse for future use.
