If you take Biotin, Zinc, and Iron supplements you will get more or less the same results as what you get with this product... at a fraction of the price! No more hair loss!
I was losing so much hair in the shower and I was starting to get scared. Every time I took a shower it was just so much hair coming out, I didn't know how I had any hair left, honestly! I was getting really worried, tried nurtifol and had to send it back because of side effects. This is SOOO much less expensive as an alternative. I haven't seen any noticable regrowth yet, but it's only been a couple months, but there is NO more hair falling out in the shower anymore! To say that I am pleasantly surprised would be an understatement! Also, no breakouts was a plus. At 45, still experiencing breakouts on my mature skin lol. Plus they have free gifts sometimes and will send a 15 pill starter pack (what a valuable free gift!) or shampoo and conditioner which I love and am actually considering buying because I love the scent of it! It's lovely and I can smell it throughout the day, even after I've heat styled my hair. For reference, I'm 45, entering perimenopause, experiencing hair loss for the first time, w/sensitive, acne-prone skin.
Absolutely works- if you take it as directed!
I've been taking this twice a day for three and a half months and my hair has grown at least half an inch. I have extremely thin, frail hair and for the first time in years my hair looks thicker and I no longer have to wear extensions. I feel like if you take these as directed, twice a day for three months, it works. I see other reviews and I wonder if they kept up with this routine. Its daunting, and expensive but so worth it! Also glad I bought these instead of the much more expensive Nutrafol.

I have tried numerous hair and nail products, but Viviscal really works. It makes my hair feel fuller and more manageable. I thought maybe it was all in my head, but i went without one month and I could really tell the difference.

I have been taking these for about 2 months give or take and I think it's helping me, I'm losing a lot less hair during my showers. It seems to also add a bit of thickness to my hair. The best thing to do is to take them for at least three months, that's when you start seeing results.
