We recommend taking the supplement for 6 months. 1.5 years ago, I started taking this product and have been consistent with it at the same time I started going to a new hair stylist. Just last night, she remarked about how much fuller and healthier my hair is now versus when I first started coming to her with my thinning, brittle, damaged hair.
